In the 2017 production of "A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum" I was assigned the role of Stitcher, Assistant Stage Manager as well as one of two Props Masters.  As one of the stitchers on hand I helped to construct several of the costumes that we used in our production. I built the blue costume that Senex wore as well as helped to embellish the harem girls costumes. As an ASM I was also in charge of making sure that the costumes were in place and in proper condition. This meant that I was constantly fixing wigs, veils, belts and capes. Our production theme was that of a found object show. Everything that we used, from costumes to props to scenery were items that we made out of items we already had at our disposal in the prop tower, costumes we could pull from stock or make from unconventional items and set pieces we went dumpster diving for.
